Modeling: Poser

Make use of ready made models where possible

  Comments:
Poser is a program that comes with human figures, and a number of animal figures, that can be posed as desired. As luck would have it, Poser comes with a frog. While I would like to make all my own models, if there's one already made that I can use, I need to use it to save time.
In Poser, I moved the limbs to where I wanted them, then exported the model, opened it in Lightwave modeler, and added the extra deformed limbs. Then I created and applied my own textures to the model.
The cows are another example of making use of a model that comes with the software. Lightwave ships with a cow.
